THF Realty, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Michael Staenberg and E. Stanley Kroenke. Its goal is to create long-term equity for the community, tenants and owners by developing quality centers with superior construction in geographically attractive locations. In 2006, for the fourth consecutive year, THF was ranked the nation’s fastest growing private retail developer by Retail Traffic magazine.

THF believes that a development has to work for its neighborhood - or it just won’t work. We know that communities must embrace a development’s concept.
